[Biography of Petros Zoumboulakis, Greek painter: Distinguishedby the Academyof Athens in2011 forhis artisticcontribution. Graduate of the Athens School of Fine Arts and a student of Greek visual artist Yiannis Moralis (1956 - 1961) with a scholarship from the Greek State Scholarships Foundation. He studied Byzantine and Folk Art. He has been a professor of Greek art schools like Doxiadis graphics and decoration school, A.T.E.S. school, Vakalo, the Greek Technical Educational Institution, and others. He has an international career with many awards, with exhibitions in Greece and abroad and at international Biennale art fairs. His works can be found at the National Gallery of Greece, the Greek Ministry of Culture, at Greek bank buildings (National Bank of Greece, ALPHA Bank, Commercial Bank of Greece, Agricultural Bank of Greece, Hellenic Postbank), at the Pierides and Vorres Art Museums and at many private collections].
